AGM Statement

At today's Annual General Meeting of Concurrent Technologies Plc (the "Company"), a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer products for critical applications in the defence, aerospace, telecommunications, transportation, scientific and industrial markets, Michael Collins, Chairman, will make the following statement:

"I am pleased to report that sales revenue for the start of 2013 has been in line with the Board's expectations.

Since the release of the last Annual Report and Accounts the growth in our sales of single board computers with AMC architecture has continued and our strong cash position has improved. We are now looking forward to the imminent release of the 4th generation Intel® Core™ processors which will be rapidly incorporated into our next release of products."
