Correction - Total Voting Rights

The Company has corrected the issued capital of the Company.

In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ('the Rules'), we notify the market of the following:

As at 31 October 2024 the issued capital of the Company comprised 5,568,107,214 ordinary shares of 6 14/81 pence ('Shares') including 436,682,590 Shares held in treasury leaving a balance of 5,131,424,624 Shares with voting rights of one vote per share.

The figure of 5,131,424,624 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.
