Director Shareholdings
Acquisition of ordinary shares of 614/81 pence (‘Shares’)
On 25 September 2015, in accordance with Share Purchase Agreements entered into with the Company by the following individuals, the following purchases were made:
Margherita Della Valle, a Director of the Company, purchased 789 Shares at a price of 225.70 pence per Share; and Ian Meakins, a Director of the Company, purchased 820 Shares at a price of 225.70 pence per Share.The Company was notified of the transactions, which all took place in London, on 25 September 2015.
This announcement is made following notification under Disclosure Rule 3.1.2.
