Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that both the following Executive Director and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (‘PDMR’) acquired Centrica plc ordinary shares of 614/81 pence (‘Shares’) on 7 December 2015 through the reinvestment of the Company’s dividend of 3.57 pence per Share paid on 26 November 2015, as follows:
(1) Computershare Trust Company of Canada Inc (the ‘Administrator’), as Administrator of the North American Employee Share Purchase Plan (the ‘Plan’), purchased the following Shares in the Company:
