SIS Dividend Declaration
The Board of CMG (AIM: CMX) is pleased to announce that Sports Information Services (Holdings) Limited ("SIS"), in which CMG has a 20.54% interest, has today declared a final dividend of, in aggregate, £1.721 million in respect of its financial year ended 31 March 2025.
Following receipt of the Company's share of the abovementioned dividend distribution, which amounts to approximately £0.354 million, CMG anticipates holding approximately £0.425 million in cash reserves.
