Catalyst Media Group PLC27 April 2007 27 April 2007 Catalyst Media Group Plc ("Catalyst Media Group" or the "Company") Disposal Catalyst Media Group is pleased to announce that today it has completed thedisposal of Newsplayer Group Inc ("NPG"), the Company's on-line portal forsourcing stock footage from multiple libraries, to Dominic Propati, the USdirector of NPG. The consideration payable to Catalyst Media Group in connectionwith the disposal is US$325,000. This completes Catalyst's disposal of all itspreviously held businesses in the United States, save for certain residualincome receivable by the Company in respect of a prior disposal. In the 17 month period ended 31 March 2006 NPG recorded a loss before tax of£157,994 on turnover of £245,738 and had net assets of £29,712 as at that date.
