Catalyst Media Group PLC31 August 2005 31 August 2005 Catalyst Media Group Plc ("Catalyst Media" or "the Company") Director Declaration Catalyst Media was notified yesterday that following the purchase of 250,000ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 30 August 2005,Michael Rosenberg is now interested in 270,000 Ordinary Shares representing0.14% of the current issued ordinary share capital. 170,000 of these Ordinary Shares are held by the trustees of the EastkingsRetirement Benefit Scheme of which Michael Rosenberg is the principalbeneficiary. The remaining 100,000 Ordinary Shares are held directly by MichaelRosenberg. All the Ordinary Shares are registered under Pershing Nominees.
