That, as at 29 June 2018, the Company's issued share capital consisted ofĀ 209,731,440 ordinaryĀ shares each with voting rights, and as at 29 June 2018 no shares are held in treasury by the Company.

The total number of voting rights in Communisis isĀ therefore 209,731,440 (the "Voting RightsĀ Figure").
Ā
The Voting Rights Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their voting rights interest, or a change to that interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
