Board Appointment

Peter Harris appointed non-executive Director

Leading provider of personalised customer communication services, Communisis plc (LSE: CMS), announces today the appointment of Peter Harris, as non-executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, effective 1 July 2013.

Peter's financial experience spans 30 years during which he has played key roles in driving the profitability and growth of listed and private companies.

Peter is currently Interim Finance Director of Bell Pottinger LLP, which he joined in August 2012.

For the previous 10 years, Peter was Finance Director of Engine, the UK's largest privately owned marketing services group. Prior to that, he was Group Finance Director of Capital Radio Plc.

There are no other disclosures to be made under Listing Rule 9.6.13 in respect of Peter Harris.
