Communisis PLC26 January 2006 COMMUNISIS PLC26 January 2006 Further to the announcement made on 27 October 2005, the Board of Communisisannounces that the preliminary discussions regarding a possible offer forCommunisis have now ended. Further to the trading statement on 13 December 2005, the Board confirms thattrading for the year ended 31 December 2005 was in line with its expectations.Whilst market conditions remain difficult for print manufacturing, Commmunisisis increasingly less reliant on this sector of the market. The Board remainsencouraged by the growth opportunities in the print management and transactionalprint sectors. The ten-year outsourcing contract with HSBC signed on 16 January2006 demonstrates further progress in Communisis' strategy of partnering withmajor financial institutions and in helping them manage key areas of theircustomer communications. We expect to announce preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2005on 2 March 2006.
