NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
The notification below is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4 R(1).
Alistair Blaxill, Executive Director of Communisis plc has notified the Company that he has disposed of 59,615 Communisis ordinary shares of 25 pence each that were held by his EPML SIP fund.
The shares were sold at 30.47 pence per share and the transaction took place on 4 April 2011 in London.
