Board Appointments |
|
Communisis is pleased to announce two new appointments to its Board of Directors ("the Board"). As announced in the Group's Interim Results on 27 August 2009, Andy Blundell has been appointed to the Board with immediate effect and will succeed Steve Vaughan as Chief Executive when Steve stands down on 31 December 2009. Dave Rushton has also been appointed to the Board with immediate effect. |

Andy has been a member of the senior leadership team since he joined Communisis in January 2008. He is currently responsible for the Print Sourcing business and is also Group Sales Director. He has a very relevant background, having worked in the industry for 28 years with De La Rue and BemroseBooth. |
|
Dave Rushton has been with Communisis since 2003 and has been responsible for the Group's manufacturing activities over the last 12 months. |
|
There are no further details to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority. |
