Peter Hickson - Other Directorship

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Communisis plc announces that it has been advised that Peter Hickson, Chairman of the Company, will join the board of Chemring Group PLC, as an independent non-executive director with effect from 1 July 2010. He will also succeed the current Chairman of Chemring Group PLC following his retirement on 1 October 2010.
