Board Change
Leading Marketing Services Provider Communisis plc (LSE: CMS) announces a change to its Board of Directors (the "Board").
Dave Rushton, formerly Managing Director of the Group's Specialist Production and Sourcing ("SPS") division has been promoted to the newly created position of Group Managing Director.
In this new position, Dave Rushton will assume responsibility for both the Group's SPS and Intelligence Driven Communications ("IDC") divisions. This change represents a further important step in the Board's plan to focus on an effective and integrated Marketing Services offering from across all parts of Communisis. Dave Rushton will continue to report to Andy Blundell, Chief Executive.
Alistair Blaxill, formerly Managing Director of IDC will leave the Group by mutual agreement to pursue other business interests. The Board would like to thank Alistair for his contribution to the development of Communisis over the past four years.
This change takes effect today, Tuesday 22nd November 2011.
