Director's shareholding
Chamberlin plc (CMH.L), the specialist castings and engineering group, has been informed that Mr Keith Butler-Wheelhouse, the Company's chairman, has acquired 44,500 Chamberlin ordinary shares through his family trust, representing 0.56 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
The shares were acquired by BW Family Limited ("BWFL"), a company wholly owned by a family trust in which Mr Butler-Wheelhouse is a potential beneficiary. BWFL acquired 30,000 shares on 19 November at a price of 168.5083 pence per share per share and a further 14,500 shares on 29 November 2012 at 168.5 pence per share per share. Mr Butler-Wheelhouse is now interested in a total of 58,500 Chamberlin ordinary shares representing 0.74 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
