The Company is pleased to announce that Josephine (Josie) Petra Watenphul (formerly known as Josephine Petra Fortuin) has joined the board as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Pursuant to the Share Subscription Agreement with Ventures Africa Ltd ("VAL"), as set out in the Company announcement on 16 February 2015, VAL is entitled to nominate 3 additional Directors and Josie Watenphul was nominated under this entitlement.

Josie, a qualified chartered accountant (South Africa), joined Capital Eye Investments Limited (previously the UCS Group Limited), a Johannesburg based investment holding company in technology and associated businesses, in April 2004 and was Group CFO,from April 2009 to May 2015.

The names of all companies of which Josie, has been a director at any time in the previous five years are set out below:

There are no other matters which are required to be announced pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 to the AIM Rules.
