(AIM: CLSU), a provider of Human Capital Integrity℠ technology-based services specialising in background and medical screening, gives notice that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company is to be held at 11.00am EDT (4.00pm BST) on Tuesday 18 June 2019 at the Company's office located at 6250 Shiloh Road, Suite 300, Alpharetta, GA 30005.
The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 and Notice of AGM have been made available on the Company's website (www.clearstar.net).
