Director/PDMR Shareholding
ClearStar (AIM: CLST), the technology and service provider to the background check industry, announces that, on 14 December 2015, Mr. Ken Dawson, Chief Information Officer and a Director of the Company, sold 481,000 ordinary shares of US$0.0001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 36.5 pence per Ordinary Share, which represents the closing price of the Company's shares on AIM on Friday 11 December 2015. The 481,000 Ordinary Shares were purchased at the same price as follows:
· Directors of ClearStar: 275,000 Ordinary Shares
· Employees of ClearStar: 9,000 Ordinary Shares
· Persons connected with ClearStar or its employees: 197,000 Ordinary Shares
Following the transaction, the Directors of ClearStar have an interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company as outlined below:
