Result of AGM
ClearStar (AIM: CLSU), a provider of Human Capital Integrity℠ technology-based services specialising in background and medical screening, announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM" or the "Meeting") of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
