1. Carillion Deferred Bonus Plan
The following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) were awarded on 7th April 2016 the following share awards under the Carillion Deferred Bonus Plan:-

2. Leadership Equity Award Plan (LEAP)
Awards were made on 7th April 2016 under the LEAP as shown in the table below. The number of shares vesting will be subject to achievement of the performance target which is based on earnings per share growth, cash conversion and strategic targets over a 3 year performance period.
