Vesting of Shares
Carillion plc announces the following changes in the interests of PDMRs in the ordinary shares of 50 pence each (the "Shares") in the Company.
Shares were transferred under the Plan on 7 April 2017 to PDMRs as set out below. In accordance with the Plan rules, the shares were held in trust for one year before being transferred.
