Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Cello Group plc ("Cello" or the "Company") confirms the following:
As at 30 June 2017 Cello's issued share capital consists of 104,122,969 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds 453,000 Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total number of current voting rights in the Company is therefore 103,669,969 Ordinary Shares.
The above figure (103,669,969 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
