The Group notifies that, on 25 September 2018, Clifford Tompsett, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for a price of 137 pence per share.
Following the above purchase, Mr Tompsett holds 20,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
