The Company has been notified that on 19 March 2013 Mark Bentley, the Group Finance Director of the Company, purchased 21,276 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The purchase price was 47.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, Mr Bentley is beneficially and non-beneficially interested in 56,276 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
