Cello Group plc, (AIM: CLL, 'Cello', or 'the Group'), the leading independent market research and consulting group, announces today that following his recent appointment as Chairman of CyDen Ltd, Chris Outram is stepping down as a non-executive director with effect from 20 July 2010.
