Cello Group plc, (AIM: CLL, 'Cello', or 'the Group'), the leading independent market research and consulting group, announces today that following his recent appointment as Chairman of CyDen Ltd, Chris Outram is stepping down as a non-executive director with effect from 20 July 2010.

The Board of Cello would like to thank Chris for his valuable service over the past three years and wish him well with his future business activities.
