Cello Group plc01 February 2005 1 February 2005 Cello Group plc Board Appointment The board of Cello Group plc ("Cello") announces the appointment of Mark Bentleyas Group Finance Director and Company Secretary. It is expected that he willjoin the board in late April, subject to existing contractual obligations. Mark Bentley (34) is currently Chief Operating Officer of Citigate Dewe RogersonLimited and Finance Director of Citigate SMARTS Group, part of Incepta Groupplc. Prior to this, he was Financial Projects Manager at Hodder Headline plc.He qualified as a chartered accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 1996. The agency works for five of the top 20 charities in the UK and employs some 80 people. Target has also expanded its offer to the "grey market", working for clients such as The National Trust, Saga Holidays and Which? Limited. Target's subsidiary, Talking Numbers is a leading database management and analytics company. • Navigator Responsive Advertising is Scotland's number one direct marketing company employing 40 people and provides responsive communication solutions for a wide range of clients. Areas of expertise include strategic planning, database marketing, customer relationship management and creative solutions - utilising a wide range of media that includes direct mail, press, outdoor, radio, DRTV and electronic media.
