Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

The Company has been advised that Tom Griffith, on 17 February 2016, exercised options over 12,500 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary shares"), at an exercise price of 140p per share.

Following this exercise, he and his connected persons hold a total of 262,425 Ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.98% of the Company's issued share capital.

This transaction took place in London.
