The Board of CLS notes the recent press comment in respect of the Company's interest in the sale by receivers of a national portfolio of primarily government occupied properties. The Board confirms that it has agreed broad terms for this portfolio, subject to the usual due diligence, and signed an exclusivity agreement with the receivers.
Further details will follow should this lead to a transaction.
