The Company announces that it was notified on 24 November 2011 that John Whiteley, Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Company purchased 201 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 555.88 pence per Ordinary Share on 24 November 2011.

Following this transaction, Mr Whiteley's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 10,000 Ordinary Shares (0.02%).
