Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that it received notification:

1. on 16 March 2012 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 600 pence per Ordinary Share on 15 March 2012 and 1,734 Ordinary Shares at 595 pence per Ordinary Share on 16 March 2012.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust, is 24,024,903 Ordinary Shares (53.44%).

2. on 19 March 2012 that Richard Tice, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 599.71 pence per Ordinary Share on 16 March 2012.

Following this transaction, Mr Tice's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 261,732 Ordinary Shares (0.58%).

3. on 16 March 2012 that Thomas Lundqvist, Director of the Company purchased 1,000 Ordinary Shares at 599.89 pence per Ordinary Share on 15 March 2012.

Following this transaction, Mr Lundqvist's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 81,420 Ordinary Shares (0.18%).
