Transactions in Own Shares
Caledonia Investments plc (the "Company") announces that it has given an irrevocable instruction to Winterflood Securities Limited to purchase its ordinary shares under the authority to purchase shares approved by shareholders on 24 July 2019. Any shares purchased will be cancelled.
The instruction is valid from 1 October 2019 to 25 November 2019, being the day prior to the release on 26 November 2019 of the announcement of the Company's half-year results for the six months ending 30 September 2019.
Any purchases will be effected within certain pre-set parameters, and in accordance with the Company's general authority to purchase its shares and Chapter 12 of the Listing Rules and any trading decisions will be made by Winterflood Securities Limited independently of, and uninfluenced by, the Company.
The Company confirms that it currently has no inside information relating to the Company which has not been publicly disclosed.
