Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that its unaudited diluted net asset value ("NAV") per share as at 31 July 2013, calculated on a cum-income basis, was 2259p, after deduction of the final dividend for the year ended 31 March 2013 of 34.3p per share.
