CALEDONIA INVESTMENTS PLC - GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS AND DEFERRED BONUS AWARDS
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 26 June 2015 the following nil-cost options and deferred share awards over ordinary 5p shares in Caledonia were granted to executive directors under the Caledonia Investments 2011 Performance Share Scheme (the "Performance Share Scheme") and the Caledonia Investments 2011 Deferred Bonus Plan (the "Deferred Bonus Plan"). The company's share price used to determine the number of Performance Share Scheme and Deferred Bonus Plan awards was 2435p.

Subject to the rules of the Performance Share Scheme, nil-cost options are exercisable between three and ten years after the date of grant. Subject to the rules of the Deferred Bonus Plan, deferred share awards vest three years after award.
