Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") has been notified pursuant to DTR 3.1.2R of the following exercise of nil cost options under Caledonia's 2011 Performance Share Scheme and subsequent transactions in the shares received by three of its directors, Jamie Cayzer-Colvin, Stephen King and William Wyatt, all of which took place on 22 July 2015 in London:

All of the shares sold were sold at a price of 2429p. In the case of Mr Cayzer-Colvin and Mr Wyatt, the shares were sold to The Cayzer Trust Company Ltd, a fellow member of the Cayzer family concert party. The shares retained by Mr Cayzer-Colvin and Mr King will be registered in their own names.
The total interests of the above directors in Caledonia's ordinary shares, and the percentage of issued capital these shares represent, following the above transactions are as follows:
