Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") has been notified pursuant to the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 5p, which took place on 25 January 2019 and involved persons closely associated with three of its directors, The Honourable Charles Cayzer, Jamie Cayzer-Colvin and William Wyatt.
A family trust, of which The Hon Charles Cayzer and Mr Wyatt are Trustees, purchased 2,000 shares in Caledonia, representing 0.004% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital. This transaction increased The Hon Charles Cayzer's and Mr Wyatt's non-beneficial holdings in the Company.
Another family trust, of which Mr Cayzer-Colvin and Mr Wyatt are Trustees and of which The Honourable Charles Cayzer is a potential beneficiary, purchased 1,000 shares in Caledonia, representing 0.002% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital. This transaction increased the Mr Cayzer-Colvin's and Mr Wyatt's non-beneficial, and The Hon Charles Cayzer's beneficial, holdings in the Company.
All of the shares were purchased at a price of 2953.78p per share and the transactions took place in London.
The Honourable Charles Cayzer's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the above transactions are as follows:-
Beneficial - 41,092 shares = 0.07%
Non-beneficial - 15,500 shares = 0.03%
Mr Cayzer-Colvin's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the above transactions are as follows:-
Beneficial - 374,320 shares = 0.68%
Non-beneficial - 66,953 shares = 0.12%
Performance share scheme awards - 69,715 awards = 0.13%
Deferred bonus plan awards - 5,464 awards = 0.01%
Mr Wyatt's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the above transactions are as follows:-
Beneficial - 1,143,715 shares* = 2.07%
Non-beneficial - 78,038 shares = 0.14%
Performance share scheme awards - 115,384 awards = 0.21%
Deferred bonus plan awards - 9,016 awards = 0.02%
* includes 1,004,296 shares owned by The Dunchurch Lodge Stud Company.
