Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") or persons closely associated with them ("PCA")
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") has been notified pursuant to the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation of the following transaction in its ordinary shares of 5p ("Shares"), which took place on 17 June 2022, and involved Timothy Livett, a director, and a person closely associated with him.
Mr Livett transferred 2,823 Shares in Caledonia, representing 0.005% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital, to his spouse for nil consideration. The transaction was conducted off-market in London and did not change Mr Livett's beneficial holdings in the Company.
Mr Livett's total interests in Shares following the above transactions are as follows:
Beneficial - 3,323 Shares = 0.01%
Non-beneficial - nil Shares = n/a
Performance share scheme awards - 70,040 Shares = 0.13%
Deferred bonus plan awards - 10,173 Shares = 0.02%
