Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") has been advised that Stuart Bridges, a non-executive director of Caledonia, was appointed as an independent non-executive director of UIL Limited ("UIL"), a Bermuda incorporated investment company, with effect from 2 October 2019.
Mr Bridges has also been appointed Chairman of UIL's Audit & Risk and Management Engagement Committees.
