Annual report 2017 and notice of 2017 annual general meeting
On 25 May 2017, Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") released its final results for the year ended 31 March 2017 under RNS number 1767G. This announcement contained the regulated information in relation to annual financial reports required to be made public in unedited full text by Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5.
Caledonia now announces that it has posted to shareholders its full annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2017 ("Annual Report 2017"), together with a circular containing the notice of its annual general meeting to be held on 20 July 2017 ("2017 AGM Circular").
Copies of the Annual Report 2017 and the 2017 AGM Circular have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
