Pinnacle Technology Group plc (AIM:PINN) announces that the total number of ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company in issue at 28 November 2014 is 46,018,435.
No shares are held in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 46,018,435. The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
