Pinnacle Telecom Group plc ("Pinnacle" or the "Company" (AIM: PINN)) the AIM listed provider of cloud technology based telecommunications solutions, announces that it was notified today that Alan J Bonner, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on March 1st 2011.

Following this purchase Mr. Bonner has a total beneficial interest in 189,076,972 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 10.12 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company.
