Successful Completion of Contracts, Contract Win & Voting Rights

Pinnacle Telecom Group plc, (AIM: PINN) the AIM listed provider of integrated telecommunications solutions, is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed contracts for an additional two high-profile events for the BBC. The contracts, which were to provide the connectivity circuits used to broadcast sound for BBC TV and BBC Radio coverage of the Labour Party Conference in Manchester and the Conservative Party Conference in Birmingham.

·; London New Year Fireworks Display

The Company is also pleased to announce that it has been awarded the contract to provide the data connectivity, which will allow sophisticated electronics to control the 2011 London New Year Fireworks display from the London Eye on the South Bank of the Thames. With live coverage on BBC One, the last display was watched by more than 200,000 gathered on the banks of the Thames to see the seven-minute pyrotechnic display, which was also broadcast around the world, as well lighting up the sky across the capital.

Commenting on the contracts, Alan Bonner, CEO of Pinnacle, said: "We are delighted to be able to continue to supply high-profile, short term events for the BBC, which further demonstrates the group's ability in this specialist area and shows good continuation of Pinnacle's skill to offer bespoke capability and build new sources of revenue growth. The events business has helped ensure that the Company will deliver turnover for the year ended 30th September 2010, ahead of market expectations."

Voting Rights, Directors Shareholdings and Holdings in the Company

For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of shares in Pinnacle Telecom Group plc in issue as at the date of this notice is as follows:

The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

Shareholders may use the above figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Pinnacle Telecom Group plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

As a result of the recent allotments of new ordinary shares by the Company in connection with a placing on 22nd September 2010 to raise £450,000, the following relevant changes occurred in holdings in its issued share capital:

(a) Paul Goodland reduced from 10.25% to 9.55%;
