Substantial Interests in Shares and Total Voting RightsSubstantial InterestsPinnacle Technology Group plc, (AIM: PINN) the AIM listed provider of cloud based technology solutions, announces that it was notified today that Hargreave Hale holds 100,500,000 Ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 3.13 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
As a result of the recent placing of 883,333,333 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each to raise £2.65m, announced on 06 February 2013, the Company has now been notified of the following substantial shareholdings:
