Glen Group PLC13 February 2006 Glen Group plc ("Glen or the Group") Result of Extraordinary General Meeting On 20 January 2006, Glen Group plc announced the proposed acquisition ofEclectic Holdings Ltd and placing of 250,000,000 new ordinary shares. At anextraordinary general meeting held today, all resolutions, including theresolution to approve the acquisition and permit the placing were duly passed.
