Directors Interests in Shares and Total Voting Rights
Directors Interests
As a result of the issue of 36,332,180 Ordinary Shares of 0.10p each in satisfaction of the conversion of Loan Notes today, Pinnacle received notification that:
·; Chief Executive Officer, Alan J Bonner is now the beneficial owner of 197,727,491 Ordinary Shares of 0.10p each in the ordinary share capital of the Company, representing 9.46% of the issued ordinary share capital.
The shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on 24 October 2011.
Voting Rights
The Company also announces that pursuant to the requirements of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of voting rights in respect of each ordinary share in issue and admitted to trading on AIM at the date of this announcement is as follows:

The above figure of 2,089,807,730 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
There are no shares held in treasury by the Company.
