The Company was notified yesterday that on 26th June 2014, Nicholas Scallan, Chief Executive Officer, bought 118,419 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 8.434 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Nicholas Scallan's total interest in the issued share capital of the Company is now 220,144 Ordinary Shares representing 0.59% of the issued share capital of the Company.
