Tom Black appointed Non-Executive Director of Herald Investment Trust plc

Pinnacle Technology Group plc (AIM:PINN), the AIM listed provider of cloud based technology solutions, announces that Tom Black, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Herald Investment Trust plc with immediate effect.

There are no other matters which are required to be announced as required under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
