PDMR dealing
On 10 September 2025 Bill Bruno, Chief Executive Officer, exercised 52,911 Share Options held under the terms of the Celebrus Technologies plc Long-Term Investment Plan at £0.02 per share. Following such exercise he has today sold 21,164 Ordinary Shares at 160.5 pence per share, solely to cover tax liabilities arising on the exercise. Following these transactions Bill Bruno holds 185,428 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.47 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights. Further details are set out below.
