MPSA License Update
The Company has previously notified its expectation of receiving the Mineral Production Sharing Agreement (MPSA) relating to their Maalinao-CaigutanBiyog Copper-Gold Project ("MCB" or "the Project") by 31 August 2023. This has not occurred as yet, but the Company remains in positive dialogue with the Philippine Department of Natural Resources and is anticipating the issue of the licence shortly, the revised timing of which will be announced when the Company has further information.
