Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it has been informed that Peter Freeman, a non-executive Director of the Company, on 15 February 2011 purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 0.001 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 14.375 pence each. In addition, Peter Freeman's wife today purchased a further 6,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 14.375 pence each.

Following this transaction Peter Freeman and his immediate family hold 59,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.06 per cent of the total Ordinary Shares in issue.
